One -problem with the item. I attempted to return it or exchange it because it was to short. This was with 4 days remaining on the 30-Day return window. Customer Service is Non Existent. No reply to my Return request message and They Do Not Answer Their Phone.
Product might be fine, but I wouldn't know because it's worthless to me.

Nice product, good price and does the job. Warmed pipes sufficiently to keep from freezing and water flowing, although they must have still been cold since water pressure was lower. Only downside, wrapping pipes was a little difficult since wiring is thick and stiff.

So far doing the job in this extreme cold weather we've been having in the north east. I have it installed on my high efficiency gas heater drain line, which froze up last winter and shut down the heater.

Disclaimer: I'm writing a review of this product after 2 months of usage. My spec-home was built with a super efficient heater. Sounds great but it produces condensate water whenever it runs (stupid). The heater is in the attic and the excess water is routed into two PVC pipes through a bedroom wall and drips outside. Awful design. When temperatures drop below 18 degrees F, the water in the PVC pipe freezes. After a day, the accumulation of water trips the overflow switch disabling the heater. Since I installed 2 of these 18' units, my PVC pipes have not frozen. Recently, temperatures fell to the single digits and water continued to flow and drip outside. I really like that the max temperatures is 85F and will automatically shutoff when the ambient temperature reaches 55F.
