It’s good for the money. The pressure gauge doesn’t really do anything and it’s been impossible to find out how to clean it so the light is on and stays on.

The machine is a great price and is comparable to the Breville. However, the “Tough Tools, Half Price” and the warranty lettering is right on the front of the machine! It looks super tacky sitting on your countertop. I’d rather pay an extra $200 for another machine to just not have it.

The user reviews were good BUT I had trouble initially and the Vevor service was horrible. Every other day (approx) they would send ne a message saying we are closing your ticket. I would respond saying that they hadn't helped me yet. Then we would repeat this process. THEY NEVER HELPED ME. the manual was not good either. The product was okay once I got a friend to help me. BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A VEVOR PRODUCT because of the poor service.

Very inconsistent pressure. Often turns on the descale machine despite cleaning and descaling already before a month of a use. The grind volume set is not around 18-22 grams but way less, had to program again. Default settings are not accurate to the standard of espresso machine. Not sure, how long will this function. Noisy steamer than Breville or De-Longhi, Water tank has no filter in it to filter the water among other parts, such as grinder needs cleaning often or else shows the red- light. It is a non-consistent less performing mahcine. Spend $700 plus and rather have a peace of mind- look for others. Not recommended.

Produit très décevant – Panne après seulement 8 mois d’utilisation ! J’ai commandé cette machine à café il y a un peu plus d’un an, mais elle n’a fonctionné correctement que pendant environ 8 mois avant de tomber en panne ! Depuis, la pression ne monte plus du tout : l’aiguille du manomètre reste à zéro et la machine ne fonctionne plus correctement. J’ai pourtant effectué tous les détartrages et entretiens nécessaires, en respectant scrupuleusement les recommandations du fabricant. Malgré cela, rien n’y fait ! Et pour couronner le tout, je viens de constater qu’il m’est impossible d’effectuer une demande de garantie pour ce produit ! Une véritable déception au vu du prix et de la durée de vie extrêmement courte de cette machine. Je déconseille fortement l’achat de ce produit. Sa fiabilité laisse vraiment à désirer !

Does ok noisy. Takes a long time to drip all the way through. Brother is really noisy. Grinding is good.

This machine is just okay. I thought everything on here was of commercial grade, and this is not. It would be okay for personal use, but not great. It is very loud. It can not do more than one thing at a time, you can pull espresso, or froth milk, but not both at the same time. There is actually a wait time as well in between switching from one to the other. The grinder is fine, the portioning is good, but requires knowing how to get the grind settings right for the beans you are using. It is incredibly loud and slow, the steam wand is also very very loud, and that is in comparison to commercial machines, which already tend to be noisy, this thing is super loud. It does the job, but in a just adequate way. The steam wand is not great, and has trouble with steady good output, so it will kill your foam all of a sudden by disregulating. It is cheap, so at the end of the day you get what you pay for. It is on par with many at home higher end espresso makers like Breville, but if you want to make professional level drinks, and don’t want to spend 6 to 7 mins per drink this is not the machine for you. Overall for me disappointing, it does not fulfill my needs, but is an okay alternative to priced at home options, as long as time and noise levels are not a deal breaker for you.!

When i first got it it worked flawlessly. Over time the pump has gotten weak. I follow the descaling process. I even run vinegar to prevent scaling and the pump still is getting weak. The steam function needs to have the knob cycled multiple times to work. Seemed to wear out pretty fast unfortunately. Quality definitely reflects the price on this one. 2.5/3 stars. I'll probably spend the money and get a more reliable unit.
