Seems to be very good quality but it is extremely lightweight. Needs to be bolted, but the material is so thin it can be cut very easily. Price wise it's great, but wouldn't recommend that it is used with valuables in it

Keypad was hanging loose on the exterior of the safe.
Instructions on how to open without batteries are locked inside the safe. Took a fair amount of time to work out how to access the keyhole to open the safe using the backup key.

The quality of the safe is good. My issue is the graphics they chose on the keypad are horrible. The stylized numbers are difficult to read especially when you consider the destination of this safe is going to be the floor of a dark closet.
Vevor needs to let the designers know simple thick block number graphics in white should be incorporated in the design, not stylized square thin line numbers.

Chris 30 Tage Rückgaberecht
Lieferzeit und Preis ok; leider Beschädigung des Batteriedeckels; habe reklamiert und wollte den Safe innerhalb des kostenlosen 30 Tage Rückgaberechts zurückschicken weil mir die Optik und die Haptik des Ziffernblocks nicht zusagt. Statt des kostenlosen Rücksendelabels bekam ich nur 3x dieselbe Aufforderung Fotos zu schicken und den Schaden zu beschreiben. Habe ich auch getan, obwohl, wenn ich vom Rückgaberecht Gebrauch mache, dies gar nicht notwendig wäre. Fazit: Kein gutes Kundenservice.

Sajnos megvásároltam. Első beüzemeléstől hibás. ( A számzárat nem tudom használni, még most sem. Jelenleg is kulcsal használom). Többszöri levélváltás után összesen 1db videóra futotta , ennyi volt a segítség részükről. Majd többszöri szétszedès után rájöttem hogy a mágnes rögzítő csavarok lazák. Ezek rögzítése után kulcsal tudom zárni. Sajnálom , hogy itt vásároltam. Többet nem teszem,mert segítség nincs, csere nincs, kompenzáció nincs. Ennyi....

Geldzaken stelt niets voor, zeker niet brandwerend en ook niet die in de advertentie staat. Contact is waardeloos met Vevor. Kluis bevestigt aan de muur maar aan de ondérzijde zitten nu ook nog gaten dus zeker niet brandwerend.
