You get what you pay for. The description says it is a stainless steel tank, must be a very low grade because every time I use the hot water I get a shot of rust from it. We will see just how long it will last.

it was a good heater until element died ,cant find another element for it

The threads in the take were either not cut correctly or were to rough. The pressure relief valve would not screw in, not cross threaded. I did get a full refund from Vevor after a few days of emailing. I did not want to order another unit and risk the same problem then trying to explain and get a refill. I would have taken a replacement had one been offered but they just refunded the purchase price.

Will not heater. Installed per instructions. Turned water on .Opened hot and cold lines. Flushed air out for several minutes. Plugged in receptacle and turned on power. Light came on but will not heat .

I will be hot for about two minutes then freezing it's eight gallons. Not worth it

First one leaked as soon as i hooked it up. Was a pain in the ass dealing with VEVOR on figuring out how to return. Will not buy from ever again after dealing with Customer service only through a chat or email. Customer serice i give -5 stars.

I bought the 8 gallon water heater and it doesn't turn on at all. Very frustrating. They should test these before sending them out. What an inconvenience. Still waiting to get a replacement or refund.

The pop off valve will get hot but the water does not. I would like to return it for a full refund or replacement
