Murf Defective Water heater

I bought the 8 gallon water heater and it doesn't turn on at all. Very frustrating. They should test these before sending them out. What an inconvenience. Still waiting to get a replacement or refund.

James 8gal water heater

Product seemed like it was made well but didn’t perform as well as advertised. Mounted upright made the connection it heated up when turned on and worked ok for about 15mins or so then would not heat up anymore after that. Not sure what the issue is or was. Still not working had it about 3weeks now. I’ve put it to the side and ordered the propane portable water heater.
