Vevor Diesel Heater - exactly what was expected, well priced, well featured, easy to use, and easy to set up.

The (on clearance) price I purchased this at, direct from Vevor, was lower than Amazon PrimeDay, so I truly can not complain. However, the box (heater was shipped in) did not have any signs of damage, the heater was: - external cover panel was dented, and has sharp creases in it - missing screws to secure the cover - exhaust pipe out of the unit wasn't round----had to repair it in-order to get a leak-proof seal. Performance wise, it blows ... hot air xd Install instruction-wise, the instruction book ... don't bother as it is very blurry, and not for the (stand-alone) unit.

I realize this is my fault for not looking closer but I would think they would in a more prominent way that this only has two wires hanging out the back. I had to grab a computer psu and solder it into the harness to power it. That or pay a couple hundred for a large enough inverter.

Glow plug burnt 10 min after using once and talked to somebody and never heard back.. I need a replacement please

This is not necessarily a bad review of the heater itself, but the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered this heated in Feb and received it around the end of the month. I got it set up and upon the first start up the heater display showed and error code E4, fuel pump issue. As a friend of mine had the same heater, we switched fuel pumps and mine worked fine from there. From that day I have received over 35 emails (no calls cause apparently this company doesn’t believe in customer service) and still over 2 months later I have still not received my replacement fuel pump. The thing costs $20, you’d think the service would be better. Like I said, the heater itself seems to be working fine, but how do I know? I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a $20 fuel pump. Totally, completely, thoroughly unworkable. Have fought this since it arrived. I would have paid twice as much for one with adequate instructions and which worked.

This thing is about as useful as a bic lighter. Do not be fooled and buy one. Then if you do, all they offer is a cheap credit on your account. These things are absolute garbage!!!!You have been warned.

Got an error on day 367 of owning it and running it one winter. This winter it failed 2 days after warranty expired and vevor is not of any help whatsoever 🤷‍♂️

Not very impressed with vevor themselves, I ended up getting a heater that was all smashed to crap , they wouldn't replace it , at first they wanted to refund me $30 to go somewhere else to get it fixed , not realistic, I had bought a first heater from them and it was great , but when it comes to paying for something that's saposta be new and not damaged and it comes damaged and they won't replace it , not very good
