Be careful! I ordered 5KW and they sent me 8KW. I asked them to replace it and they told me that “it says 8KW, but it’s actually 5KW”! I turned it on and it's very hot. More than the one I have at 5KW. They won’t change it! I feel like they made a fool of me. I am very disappointed with the company.

Purchased this heater to replace the last one the lasted 7 months. I misplaced receipt so no warranty. Hoping that one was s dud. Hoping this one doesn’t Last’s longer. If this one has a short life span will be switching to a different brand.

This is not necessarily a bad review of the heater itself, but the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered this heated in Feb and received it around the end of the month. I got it set up and upon the first start up the heater display showed and error code E4, fuel pump issue. As a friend of mine had the same heater, we switched fuel pumps and mine worked fine from there. From that day I have received over 35 emails (no calls cause apparently this company doesn’t believe in customer service) and still over 2 months later I have still not received my replacement fuel pump. The thing costs $20, you’d think the service would be better. Like I said, the heater itself seems to be working fine, but how do I know? I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a $20 fuel pump. The most inefficient and ineffective diesel heater I have had the misfortune of buying. It works, but chews through many times more fuel than my other diesel heaters (which, admittedly, were 20x the price) and gives feeble heat... Except at the exhaust. The exhaust gets REALLY hot. It's the only thing that does. I chucked it out and forked out a few grand for a Wallas instead.

Worst customer service ever!!! Product threw codes, wouldn’t heat, wouldn’t power off and leaked fuel. Not sure I’d ever recommend this or any other product to anyone. The 30 day warranty, bogus!

Replace fuel pump, the module , the igniter, and finally threw it away, I’ve had multiple diesel heaters some last all season, fuel pumps are problems and most of them but when you’ve gotta work on it weekly, it’s time to try a different model
