Heats up a 7' diameter, 6' length barrel sauna. Hums a bit when heater is on and loud clunks when heats turns off/on to regulate temperature. Update: Unit failed with a spark and light show while my wife was in sauna. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Attached photo shows damaged coil. We never used water, yet experienced complete failure within 18 months of use.

Ik heb duidelijk gevraagd of de sauna op 220v kon. Het is alleen op krachtstroom te gebruiken.. maar ze verkopen het als een sauna kachel die op 220 kan .. nu zit ik met die kachel niemand wil hem kopen op marktplaats zelfs niet tegen een jlein bedrag .. ik kreeg 50 terug als ik hem niet zou terug sturen? Heb ik maar gedaan .maar niemand wil dat onding hebben

Brak konkretnych informacji o rozwiązaniu problemu , wiadomości ze została wysłana część zamienna , brak podania numeru przesyłki !!!!! Od 10 dni sprawa dalej nie rozwiązana w najmniejszym stopniu. Brak informacji o złożeniu reklamacji!!!!! Nie polecam tej firmy , czuję się oszukany !!!!!!

Never received it. It’s been over a month!

Bought this sauna heater in July thinking the price must have been a misprint. Installed, worked excellent. Heated our sauna to a temperature not possible with our previous heater. Thought I got an incredible deal. However, one element popped out of nowhere a few days ago, no melted wired, or anything, just, dead. Looks as though I'm not alone in that after reading these reviews. Is this a great heater? Heck yes! Will it last more than a few months? Yr mileage may vary.

Heater is ok.doesn’t heat past 190 which is strange because my 6kw heaters got up to 220.not sure why this is

Unit was hooked up by a qualified electrician. Worked for 5 minutes then stopped working and the control board would not light up at all. Not a quality product. Now they are saying it is going to be days before I get an answer about what they are going to do to fix or replace. I also bought the 3 year extended warranty. Not Happy. Buyer beware.

This unit showed up with no user guide or installation instructions whatsoever. I want to run the unit on a circuit with a neutral wire. There is no neutral post on the terminal block. Vevor has this far not issued a return slip and keep going back and forth with the AI chat. They keep sending me bad information or send me schematics that do not match this unit. I know now I need a unit with internal controls and not these external controls that have a 110v circuit using ground as neutral. I am not buying another unit with external controls.

Arrived in non working condition, no solution from customer support, no way to return or refund.
