Pleasantly surprised at the quality. Seems well built, is relatively quiet, and heats our basement very well.

Installed this unit heater to replace a previous older (15+ years) Dayton heater with a line voltage thermostat. Heater functions equally well and the newer heater controls are a plus. Nice digital thermostat feature shows current temp. Not used for living space but just to keep the chill off the space and prevent liquids from freezing in the garage. I guess the ultimate test (durability) will take about 10-15 years but we're off to a good start.

Heats up my 2 car insulated garage with no issues in the Canadian winter. Minimum temperature setting is 7C. Has some nice functionality around reducing heat to low as you approach the set temp and running the fan to circulate air and cool off the unit. The timer is handy for warming the garage up or keeping it warm for a while as a project dries.

Great heater for my garage. Soes need a 50amp service. Heats the garage up very quickly. Thermostat keeps the temperature right on target. This heater is an excellent buy. Work better than expected.

Excellent heater and isnt tereible on electeic bill

All things considered, I was hesitant to purchases a heater in the category for a while. Have other Vevor products and have been pleased overall. Gave it a try. Install was very straight forward. The most confusing information was about what to use for wire gauge and the circuit breaker. The definitive answer seemed to come from AI. 6/2 gauge wire/50 amp breaker was the suggestion. That turned out perfect. As far as heat, exceeded expectations. The temp is not really close to being accurate as for room temp and does reflect higher temperatures as the heater runs, just not close to the room temp. The workaround is just to increase the desired temperature. In a perfect world, and exterior temp sensor would be great. Not sure that would not have any issues though. Some other units in the same category had the potential for app control, this does not. The handheld remote is quite effective. So, all things considered, very pleased with the purchase of my 10K watt Vevor heater. Makes my 1k square foot garage quite comfortable to work in when cold. Wish I acted sooner!
