RR As long as you never need a replacement battery...awful customer service

Excellent camera till the battery dies and you need to replace it. Customer service sends you round and round and requires a video and pictures showing the battery is dead before they can tell you whether if you can get a replacement battery. I sent the video and they said they forwarded my question to a special team and should hear back within 48 hours. It has been several days and still no response. In the meantime, I have to keep replying to system generated emails otherwise the system will mark the issue as resolved. This is terrible customer service.
I had a good run with Vevor tools and that's because I never had to deal with their customer service.

I have never experienced such service. No way of talking to tech support on phone. All is emails to China. And they either lack knowledge or ability to understand English. . Almost a month into this and no further ahead than day one. They only sent part of what they said Ii needed. They said do the repairs and get back to them if it doesn’t work for a new solution. I can’t fix what I don’t have. . This unit was used about 10 times and now it goes to the recycling.bin

The detector to find the camera is trash. barely works. the quality on the camera is not good at all. i asked the company to provide me with a return tracking # as i no longer wanted this product and they are no help. they said if i return it i will be charged return and storing fees. they asked me to keep it so i don't get charged fees even though i didn't like the product. i highly strongly recommend you do not buy this. you will guarantee have issues. spend the extra few bucks and buy something better. Assistance was terrible and so was the product once again do not buy this save your money and time.
