The 2 "buttons are NOT physical buttons, they are touch sensitive sensors. DO NOT PUSH, just lightly touch. The other odd and repeatable "malfunction" is attempted operation while the cord has a few coils in it. For instance.... The wall outlet "mains" is right next to the rear of the car where the charging port is located. I plug into the wall, leave the cord coiled in the rear hatchback area just to keep it off the ground, then plug the evse into the car. It fails sometimes if the cord is looped on the hanger too many times. The unit will NOT start now, or ever if the cord is coiled. I strech out the cord and it works 100% all the time. It does not make any difference if operationg on 120 or 240 volts or which level the charge current is set for. Other than that, GREAT inexpensive evse. Operation at full power the box will get warm.

I am so happy that I purchased this high quality charging cable. My old Mitsubishi cable was not working great as the connection by the neck where the cable joined the adapter was not good. I googled it and discovered that this was a frequent issue. I had to jiggle it and shove the cord in to the adapter and cross my fingers that my battery would be charged in the morning. When I looked into getting a new cable I was told it would be around $1500. I looked online and used ones (which might not be any better were at least $450 - $600. Someone suggested I look into other cables so I started doing research. Vevor had good reviews so I took a chance and ordered one at a total cost of about $167. And it is from Canada so I am happy about that as well. The quality is so much better than the one that came with my car. The cable is way sturdier! It charges much faster at 16 amps. I also spent a couple of hundred on a new designated outlet just for my car and just because my house is about 30 years old. It's been a couple of months and so far I am very happy that I didn't pay a fortune and I ended up with a higher quality, extra long charging cable.

Again very pleased with product from Vevor site. This charger does everything i need it to do. I am able to plug in to my Ioniq 6 2025 and it charges based on my car charging schedule. What I like about it is I have control from the app to see the charging rate and total KWH used. It was so easy to setup with the app.Not sure why someone would pay 500 plus for a charger. Great value

I use this charger with my Pacifica. It has worked flawlessly for me so far. I like the different amp settings so I can choose how long it will charge. The charge cord is long enough to run across the garage and seems to have a good protective covering.

Easy to install fast charging. Best price and quality online. I've owned it for over a year. still working perfectly. Why pay $300 and alot more because of the name ? It's all made in china anyway... lol 😂

This is a backup for my other Vevor EV charger. I love the Tuya app since I am using a 30 amp dryer circuit. I set it for 24 amps to get the 80% as per code enforcement electrical section settings to be safe for my setup. I wish the Tuya app had a few more settings for how much time is left before charge will be done. Right now I have to go out to my EV to get that information. This EV charger is a bargain at the current selling price. I like having a backup of the same EV charger I am using.

Works great. Simple, easy to install. Wish the app had percent battery charge indicator and automatic shut off. So far very pleased.

Seems to work pretty well so far. It's about as simple as you can get, which is what I wanted. I've got two electric vehicles now, and the first one being a Tesla I had gotten used to the simplicity of the Tesla vehicle, like not having to "turn on" or "turn off" the car. I was a bit worried that either my new Ioniq 6, or this charger, would require you to open the app and press start to begin charging, but I'm pleased to say it does not. You just plug it in and walk away.

Shipped really fast and reasonably priced. Love it works great and I really like the delay charge feature.
