This product did not open completely. Several people struggle to get the roof of the tent to open. Never open. Image was already submitted. Still getting the run of rounds about the refund.

I was expecting the screen tent to be higher. The opening is small and it should have a zipper along the top to open the front door. Instead it has tie backs which does not make a lot of room to move things in and out.

We love the tent. One major issue with it. The tabs where you peg to the ground are all ripping off it. Otherwise it is 5 star.

Received item quickly . Easy to set up, however, Poles did not work with pockets on sides of door, had to cut poles. Center hook strap tore out of roof first time taking down. A little. Disappointed.

There was a rip in one of screens. I contacted customer service. They told me to sew it.

Je suis tres décu d avoir fais affaire avec Vevor , tres compliqué d avoir un produit en ordre , j ais eu un remboursement de $127.00 sur un achat de $255.00 mais un gazebo qui n es pas fonctionnel , je n ais jamais eu d adresse de retour pour retourné le produit qui n étais pas fonctionnel . I give you one star because l'm very unhappy with your delivery company called CouriersPlease. I have never dealt with some useless people as them. No l have NOT received the gazebo, sorry l can't give you a good review.

Basically worked one time. Stick with the square sideed easy up style. The 6 sided is junk, one crack in the coupler, and it can't be used.
