Terrible, came in the package inside out with holes in the screen and screws through fittings and netting..contacted Vevor customer service and have been getting a run around for 3 weeks. Do not buy this , they wont stand behind it when they do it wrong.

Size, shape, setup and extra panels were all positives. Unfortunately after only a few setups the velcro tabs in the sides for attaching the extra panels have begun to pull away from the shelter and some have already come off. What we thought was going to be a solid, multi-year addition to ou camping gear will not likely make it thru this season. Disappointed and won't purchase again.

I really love this shelter but it did not last. I used it 2 times in one year and the roof started to leak. I only used it once in the rain. The thing that I am most upset about is the treatment I received from the company when I contacted them about the pin holes in the roof. I ordered it on June 7th, 2025 and I contacted them on July 4th, 2026. I use once during the summer in 2025 and once in 2026. It was stored in its original bag. We and my husband are both retired and we gave never had small kids or pets inside the shelter. It should never have leak. For the price we paid for it, I am very disappointed, especially after I raved about it to my family and friends and now I have to tell them that I was completely wrong about this shelter and about this company.

Mir wurde ein defektes Zelt geliefert das Netz hat ein Brandloch ich habe das sofort reklamiert aber habe keine Antwort erhalten wie der Fall jetzt weitergeht da ich mit Klarna bezahlt habe habe ich dort Käuferschutz beantragt und hoffe der Fall wird für meinen Gunsten entschieden denn das kann ja wohl nicht sein bei Reklamation bekommt man hier einfach keine eindeutige Antwort mehr nur eine Gegenfrage ob das Paket auch kaputt war das ist sehr enttäuschend

This product did not open completely. Several people struggle to get the roof of the tent to open. Never open. Image was already submitted. Still getting the run of rounds about the refund.

With a broken tent pole and holes in the mosquito web, and a support that just does not answer, i simply cannot give more than 1 star.

It’s outside out, we have been 5 people to try get it upp. It’s impossible

Help ! Pulled it out of the box excited to get it up, that lasted about 2 minutes! After reading the instructions I was ready to give it a try, I couldn’t find the pull straps anywhere, was able to spread it open but popping it up was impossible because I couldn’t pull out the sides,,, then I noticed that it looked inside out? Vevor branding was inside, after multiple times of trying to turn the the over and right side out , myself with the help of others we decided something wasn’t right, so back in the box it went, I don’t think it was supposed too come inside out and twisted, will be contacting customer service for my money back or a new one,, I really do think it would work awesome for my needs,, been putting tents and canopy’s up for a long time , this one kicked out butts!

Je suis tres décu d avoir fais affaire avec Vevor , tres compliqué d avoir un produit en ordre , j ais eu un remboursement de $127.00 sur un achat de $255.00 mais un gazebo qui n es pas fonctionnel , je n ais jamais eu d adresse de retour pour retourné le produit qui n étais pas fonctionnel . Tres tres décu . je garde un tres mauvais souvenir d avoir fait affaire avec VEVOR
