Install is extremely easy and it powers everything I need it to. It gets extra points for being the cheapest 12/3 retracting reel out there. But it loses points for the ceiling mount and the strength of the return. As with all reels, you need to control the retraction so you don't break the mechanism. But if you do that, it doesn't want to retract all the way. So you pretty much have to pull about five feet out and let that slam home. Also, when mounting on the ceiling, you need to be sure to put in a screw to block it from sliding off the mount. Otherwise it'll fall right off the first time you go to pull some cord. But other than that, it's been great

This is incredibly handy. I used to keep an extension cord coiled around a large hook near the front of my garage so I could work in the driveway. The problem was that I set up my little driveway workshop multiple times a day, and constantly uncoiling and recoiling the cord became tedious fast. This makes the whole process much simpler and cleaner. I would have given it 5 stars, but the locking/retraction mechanism is a little fussy. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it to stay extended or retract properly.

Love the product. I ordered the hose reel and didn’t come with the bracket to mount to the wall. I had to make some modifications but works great!

I love the convenience of the cord; however, it takes a bit of finesse to keep it extended without it retracting right away.

Seems to be of good quality

I have just installed the tool in my roof. I am tired of Cords on the floor. I have used the retractable cord very little, but what I have seen I am impressed. Heavy gauge wire, internal breaker protection is a great combination. I am looking forward to more use out of my purchase. Only complaint, which is a small complaint was the brackets were bent on reel. I have noticed that on other buyers videos. For now I would purchase another reel.

The retractable extension cord is easy to install and use. I wish there was an option to lock it so it didn’t swivel. A little pricey at nearly $100.

This works perfectly

Look very robust. Only time will tell. As far as my first impression, it's very well built! Design looks well thought of. Great product!

The product was shipped as advertised. However, this unit did not come with the hanging brackets as other Vevor retractable extension chords come with the hanging brackets. This wlone was very difficult to hang on the ceiling or the wall due to it not having brackets.
