It's nice. Only reason it is not a 5 star is: 1. When you plug it in, two LED lights stay on continuously (one on plug, one on reel). That's annoying, so now I have to keep this unplugged until I need it. I don't want the continuous power drain, nor do I want to see the lights all the time. 2. Instructions are not clear about what the button is for on the side of the reel, and also, it came with four roller bolts, I have no idea what they were meant for.

Bought in Sept of this year. Use it in a residential garage occasionally. It is hard to get it to lock when pulled out. Otherwise a good unit.

Got this for my garage workshop. No more do I have to get out an extension cord and wind it up when I am done. Mounted on the ceiling in the middle of the room, I can reach anywhere I need power. A quick tug and it's back out of the way. Wish I'd gotten one sooner.

great to have a cord right at my side and not have to wind it up and store it

As described. Could have used a longer lead to plug in.

ill failed once. so far.......

Bought these to add to my welding trailer about 4/26. The cords are HD and the mounting and housing was surprisingly nice. CONS after 6 mknths of in the sun/covered the exposed cords are now all sun faded. I expect to see them dry Crack soon although it hasn't happend yet. Also in the con category I bought the 8pft 12/3 tripple taps. After the first couple uses the last 5ish feet dont seem to want to retract all the way in. Its like the retractable spring is week out of the box. Not sure if it does this with the shorter cords or just the 8foot ones but I expect those to give out and the retractable part to not work anymore in the further. So far 4 out of 5 if the cords dry rot or they stop retracting this would be a huge waste of money at $150 each.

Excelente producto, muy resistente y práctico, funcional para que no tengan las extensiones tiradas, compraremos más de estos

love how u add a star on every review

Too bad it doesn’t feed the cord back and forth when rewinding, you have to guide it by hand , not a big deal though.
