Overall has been great, only complaint is that it doesn’t have a guide to wind cord up evenly

J'ai reçu 4 NAE-B10 au lieu de 4 ZX-7D70. J'ai toujours espoir de recevoir des ZX-7D70 comme commandés. Ou un super rabais pour garder les 4 NAE-B10 parce que mon conjoint commence a avoir hâte de pourvoir les installer même s'ils sont de qualité moindre.

Nice unit but the mounting hardware is a joke. I mounted mine on the ceiling, and the holes provided are too wide for a joist/stud. I had to use two drywall anchors on one side. The screws are laughably long, which wouldn't be the end of the world except they're a Phillips with a very soft head. You must predrill with a pretty large bit to avoid these from stripping the head. Get your own screws, preferably ones with a hex head. Update: The coil doesnt retract very well. It takes several tries to get it to retract all the way.

This has powerful retraction and good quality, but will not retract all the way in due to the cord rubbing internally

It’s cool extension cord, but the breaker breaks a little too much

I ordered the 30 foot retractable extension cord reel, it’s nice and convenient, however the first time I used it, I use the full 30 feet and when I was retracting it I had problems with it going back in I had to force it back in. Kind of frustrating!

One of these came broken. I had to override the circuit breaker to make it function. I have tried to load a picture but that doesn't work. This really surprised me because your stuff has always been top notch.

The product is fine, pricing not nearly as much of an insentive as it used to be. Shipping is absolutely deplorable! I'm talking, enough to make you think long and hard about throwing vevor to the wolves and paying a few dollars more for a company who actually cares about their product being delivered on time (or at all for that matter) They use the most useless shipping companies who either don't deliver the product, or drop the product at the edge of the road rather than actualy delivering (somewhat close) to the door, or some of your product is delivered, then several days later (once you've spent the time to make a claim- then they tell you to check with your all your neighbors, family, extended family, friends, pets, aunts/uncles, old friends, or perhaps a group of turtels that may have tought about looking at what was supposed to be your delivery.....) they might give a $hit... I mean- it's really, truly bad!
