Very heavy duty, works great. Whole thing cost less than a lead cord of same quality.

Excellent purchase ! The face it has a heavier gauge wire is why I purchased this reel. The hard ware and quality build make this a value compared to others.

DAN 12AWG Extension Reel
14 m Naranja+Negro
This 12GA extension reel is just what I needed after years of using a 16GA unit that did not support the loads I was plugging into it. Other than the price, my only complaint is that the hanger is not designed to mount to a wall stud or a ceiling joist . The hanger has four holes that are too far apart to secure all of the screws to a 1.5" wide piece of wood. I had to make an adapter to use the four holes from the hanger, and then secure the adapter to the joist.
