Works great . Put this in our shop to replace the large metal ones that we had that seem to fail quite often, this seems to be a good unit I guess time will tell when I'm satisfied at this point

Works great. The internal components feel a little weak but it's holding up so far to daily use. I have been using it for a couple months now.

Marcel Bonne qualité
Good quality for residential use; everything listed in the description was in the box. I would have given 5 stars but 2 things stop me. First, the handle cannot be removed from the reel to install it first on the wall. It would be so simple for them to do it and much easier for us to install. Second, the delivery was supposed to arrive 2 days after ordering but was delivered 7 days later. I have to say that they responded to every single one of my chat messages and offered me a small discount as compensation.

Mike initial.quality good, lead hose to compressor is short for smaller units.
50 pies x 3/8 pulgadas
I like how it works, once you figure out how quickly to tug on it to make it retract, it works well, and automatically goes back and forth on to the reel.
I was disappointed with how short the lead was for my really small floor model compressor, but if you have a big one it shouldn't be a problem. I could only put the reel about 6 feet from the ground with the existing lead hose, I might add an extension but for now it can swivel on the wall in either direction if there is clearance.
If they made ithe lead hose two feel longer I would give it 5 stars. I will repost after a year for durability.

Seems to be well made and fairly lightweight. Would be nice if the swivel pins were removable.

Works pretty good, after about 6 months I’ve had pull it back out about 6 feet when reeling it up, so far so good
