The unit was packaged with the wall bracket attached thus making the fastening awkward. The swivel pins that would allow the bracket to be removed were not obvious or easy to re and re. The lead in hose for the unit was only 5’ where it was advertized to be 6.5’ thus would not quite reach my compressor. The service department was useless in that they responded late to my issues by utilizing a 3rd party vendor to access their reply which i refused to do when a simple email would have been quite sufficient. The oroduct itself seems to be quite ok save for the errors and communications.

I never received it .waited till the delivery date then called and never receivedany tracking info. Explained this to Vevor the precededto read me the original emai . After the 3rd person they told me the truck got in an accident. I asked them to make it right and exspress ship one to me and they agreed. 3 days later still nothing had to cancel it and by a local cheaper one .Wish Vevor could get there act together. This has stopped me from buying several other items . I purchased the drywall sander and shipping got messed up on that also .had to reorder. Tried buying 2 diesel heaters they were never in stock . So I bought them elsewhere.

Junk, do not buy. It leaks air from the swivel joint Vebor has no customer support. They told me they would refund me the purchase price after 2 weeks of back and forth emails. Still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY

Worked great for about a year not heavily used but retraction feature went out after about a year, after about 30/40 uses. Still using just have to hold still.

J’ai acheté 5 unités. L’une est défectueuse (fuite). Malgré l’ouverture d’un ticket SAV pour demander un remplacement, celui-ci a été clôturé sans réponse ni explication. Merci de bien vouloir traiter ma demande rapidement afin de respecter les conditions de garantie et assurer un service client correct.

Wouldn't know waited for 2 weeks and it was never delivered so they refunded my money!

Item never arrived!!

Acheté il y a 30 jours et l'embout s'est littéralement cassé en 2 alors que je n'ai pas spécialement fait de mouvements brusques. Au total je ne l'aurai utilisé que 2 fois avec mon compresseur. Extrêmement déçu.

Slechte kwaliteit lekt meteen bij eerste gebruik bij de aansluiting in de haspel zelf.
