Very good quality, easy to install, fast shipping!

Excellent kit, the second one I have bought. Still requires a drill bit which isn't available in the UK and I don't seem able to buy an extra multi head spray gun but remarkable value for money.

The hose real is awesome

Works great, hose is ok. I mounted on covered patio so it never gets direct sun. Perfect for me

Super smooth retraction, really nice unit. Awesome value.

Easy to install and use. Great quality

A great product backed by great customer service. I dont think i can think of any other products in the retractable hose zone. No issues so far and i hope it will last long.

This hose unit is incredible. What a blessing for old people like me!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4.5/5) I recently purchased the VEVOR Retractable Garden Hose Reel (1/2 in x 100 ft) and overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance. First, installation was straightforward. The wall-mounted bracket feels sturdy, and the 180° swivel feature makes it easy to move the hose around without constantly fighting with tangles. The retractable system is definitely the highlight—it rewinds slowly and smoothly, which feels much safer compared to older spring-loaded reels that snap back too fast. The 100 ft hose length is more than enough for watering the yard, washing the car, and even cleaning around the driveway. Water pressure remains strong, and the 9-function spray nozzle is versatile enough for different tasks, from gentle watering for plants to stronger spray for cleaning. I also like the “any length lock” feature because it allows you to stop the hose exactly where you need it instead of dealing with fixed locking points. A couple of minor downsides: the plastic housing feels decent but not ultra heavy-duty, so I’d still recommend mounting it in a protected area rather than full harsh weather exposure year-round. Also, the hose can sometimes need a slight guiding hand when retracting to keep it winding neatly. For the price of around C$118, it offers very good value compared to more expensive brands. It saves time, keeps the garden area tidy, and makes watering much less frustrating. Overall, I’d recommend this to homeowners looking for a convenient and affordable retractable hose reel without spending premium-brand money.

It came with two nozzles but one has a quick release and one was a screw on so I though that was strange. Other than that I meets my expectations and offers a great value.
