This reel is heavy duty and works great I like the way you can easily disconnect it from its wall hanger to store it in the winter months.

great product

was concerned about the quality and the flow capabilities of this hose due to length and diameter. However I was very pleasantly surprised on the durability that I believe this hose reel will provide based on the quality materials. It feels well built and its tight. Not flimsy or light duty. It has a strong thick plastic frame and smooth working mechanism. The hose is also a strong of high quality material that appears to resist kinks and swelling. I'm quite pleased and I give credit where due. I also call out the negatives. So far the only negative is the spray nozzle is "Mehh" not bad just ok. in reality its not a negative but does not seem to be as impressive as the rest of the hose and reel. You can always upgrade the nozzle later. I used a pressure treated 4x4 concreted in to the ground to mount it on. It works great.

Works great

I’ve bought 2 of these and no problems at all,one minor niggle is the trigger which is a bar across the spray unit operated by thumb .a bit awkward, other than that all good.

Works perfect!

I had the hose reel professionally installed and it works as advertised. It deploys and retracts as smooth as butter. It's a great convenience and I look forward to using it often. No more manual hose reel winding. 4 stars on quality as the access cover seems very flimsy and will require attention during use.

Perfect….!

Fantastic product. More than I was expecting, but I should have known better. Everything I have purchased from Vevor is over the top. The 100 foot of hose reel came with mounting bolts and ready to use. The only assembly was mounting it. Why I waited so long baffles me. It must be that I enjoyed rolling up 200 feet of hose by hand. One pull and this rolls up in less than 30 seconds. Thank you Vevorfor giving us a premium product for a reasonable price.

I ordered the 1/2 hose reel without realizing that it is not suitable for my purpose. After some online communications with Vevor, they agreed to refund the full purchase price.
