Ik ben helaas helemaal niet tevreden over dit product. De aansluitstukken voor de sproeikop zijn niet volledig compatibel met de slang. Ze passen wel op sommige producten die uit China afkomstig zijn, maar zelfs daarbij komt het regelmatig voor dat de sproeikop vanzelf loskomt van de slang, waardoor het water ongecontroleerd wegstroomt. Daarnaast ontstaat er drukopbouw en zwelling in de slang ter hoogte van de aansluiting wanneer de sproeikop gesloten is. Dit kan er uiteindelijk toe leiden dat de slang op die plaats barst. Een ander probleem dat ik bij andere merken die ik eerder heb gebruikt nog nooit ben tegengekomen, is het mechanische geluid dat ontstaat wanneer er water stroomt. Dit geluid is soms storend, maar heeft in mijn geval ook een onverwacht voordeel gehad. Als de kraan openstaat terwijl de sproeikop gesloten is en de sproeikop en slang van elkaar zijn losgekomen, kan het geluid ervoor zorgen dat je merkt dat het water onnodig wegstroomt. Natuurlijk zou dit helemaal niet mogen gebeuren. Ook wanneer de kraan openstaat, zou er geen water moeten blijven stromen wanneer de sproeikop gesloten is. Tot slot had ik vooral verwacht dat de aansluiting van de sproeikop voorzien zou zijn van een stopfunctie. Beide aansluitstukken zijn echter van het open type en beschikken niet over een stopmechanisme. Dat vind ik een belangrijk nadeel. Qua uiterlijk zou ik het product misschien 5 sterren geven, maar wat betreft gebruiksgemak en functionaliteit vind ik 3 sterren eigenlijk nog te veel.

Bought this in April, right away the nozzle leaked, and 3 mths in and multiple leaks in the hose it self. It is not sturdy by any means, i would not buy again. The nice thing is it puts it self away

I just got it and hooked it up. I have buyers remorse. The hose has low flow and feels really cheep. I ran my 1/2 inch hose side by side from another valve. The flow is not even close.

The spring broke within the first season of use and would not recoil.

Poor quality. First thing I noticed was the skinny hose created a really slow flow rate of water. That's a problem. Second, because the threads just spin freely it constantly leaks at the end of the hose. You can't use it without it just drizzling water out of the end. Cheap. Not worth the money. Would not recommend. I am going to ask about a replacement.

Hose is poor quality. I can't see it lasting long

I drilled holes in my brick house to mount this thing as per the directions. Opened the water valve and ran out 45 ft or so to water my new plants. I was just standing there watering when i heard the real completely unwind. First time using it and it was toast. VEVOR wants you to send video pictures and then try to wind this piece of trash back up and fit it back into its original box so YOU can send it back to them. I could hear screw rolling around inside it. You get what you pay for. They shouldbhave just sent me a new piece of junk .lol Thanks VEVOR!

This has been installed for 3 weeks and the pivot pin is already distorting, will you replace it something better?

You pull it out and it won't go all the back in. First time using it. Would not recommend

This is the the first Gen. It's cheaply made I wanted the gen2 model But nothing on there website states it's te older model.
