This hose reel changed how I water my garden and how often. No this is not a bot or ai and I’m not joking. I hated dreaded using the hose because it was a pain and hoses never lasted because I ran them over because I didn’t put them away. With the reel I just grab and go added some quick disconnects and valves so I can reach other hoses in far to reach areas. Now I actually water my gardens everyday and it’s not a chore I love this thing. I’m going to get a couple more so I can reach even further without running underground water lines.

I was sceptical how good this would be. Not after using it several times in the last few weeks. I have pulled it out to its full length and at several other variations of length with no issues. And retracting has been very good everytime. If I needed another one, I would not hesitate to purchase another.

So far we are very satisfied with this retractable hose. The installation was simple and the device is very easy to use.

Very nice hose easy to use so very handy love it!

I really wanted the Gen 2 with the metal bracket but I received this instead it does the job but not sure how long it will last

Perfect for for our property!!

The retractable mechanism works well so far. Good quality product.

I bought this for my wife to use in the backyard. She doesn’t like messy hoses. This thing’s fantastic. I like the fact that you can just pull it off the holder and put it in the house for the winter. It seems to be well-made.

This replaced my old manual hose reel and was a much needed improvement. I bought 2 of these, one for the front of the house and one for the back. It has made life so much easier. Quality seems good and is working as it should.

Good product
