Great upgrade to a normal water hose. The retraction feature works great. Super easy to install. That faucet had low pressure since the pool equipment was installed. This system utilizes a smaller hose so my pressure is back up. I love this hose / reel.

these are great we have 2.5 arces and we started planting in 2014 in what was a pasture by the time these came availiable there was no way we could dig a trench to water. we have 8 of these and they are wonderful. Now everything gets a drink when the rain stops.

I love my retractable hose I wanted to get them about 3 months ago but I didn't know if my husband would like them because of the price but now he says good job he loves them also

The only thing I didn't like were the masonry screws and the plastic they screw into. I also didn't like that the instructions didn't say what size the drill hole had to be. I used the screw in a bit-finder to figurebit out. I used a hammer to tap in the plastic that accepts the screw. It didn't stay tight against my stucco wall. I went to Ace Hardware and got a WAY BETTER metal one.

Very convenient to use. Only negative is the pin that holds the reel to the bracket. It's difficult to take in and out.
