Trailer was damaged (bent and scratched). Nuts and washers were missing.

This has been a great little ATV trailer for the few months that I've had it. I've moved a few cored of firewood with no major issues. It was easy to assume, has held up the the abuse I've put it through in the forest hauling firewood and still works as required. My only complaint is how the removal sides are attached. There is nothing actually attaching the sides to the trailer. Only quick pins holding the sides to each other. Pretty much constantly when I was running the trailer empty the sides would either vibrate out or the quick pins would get caught on branches and get lost it was a constant fight to keep the sides in place. Because I don't plan to use the trailer with the sides attached I ended up drilling extra holes to bolt the sides to the main body of the trailer. I would recommend changing the location of the current quick pins or adding extra pins for future models. If it wasn't for this one complaint I think this trailer would be 5 stars. Even with this issue it is amazing value for the product. Would definitely buy another one.

Ok so I bought this in hopes to be able to use the dump feature of this trailer. Needless to say it definitely does not work well for that. If it was a few inches higher or the pivot point of the bed and frame where back a bit more I do believe it would work so much better. The downside of moving the pivot point back though could possibly make for more of a chance to possibly bend the frame so would need better materials to be used.

The ATV trailer does the job for my purpose, but as others mentioned, the pins that holds the top fences keeps falling off, and you keep loosing them. Also, the axle is not too solid, just a hit on a small root, and it did bent. Also, the major turn off, it's the volume capacity. It's advertised as 15 cu.ft, but if you look in the manual, there are some dimensions posted, which is 54x28x15.5 = 13.5 cu.ft. Then, when I got it home, I took some real life measurements, and it's 52x26x14 = 11 cu.ft... so the advertized volume is 36% more than what is sold.... I wonder how much they overated the other trailers, 22cf and the 28cf... Maybe the 28cf is really a 22cf... and the 22cf is really a 15cf... who knows...

Carrello arrivato nei tempi. Qualità generale buona e ottimo rapporto con il prezzo. Peccato che sia arrivato con scrostature importanti della vernice in varie parti, probabilmente imputabili alla spedizione e/o all’imballaggio. Comunque utilizzabile; fa il suo lavoro.

Pretty flimsy. Wheels didn't quite fit. The axle shaft is about 1/2in too short

Trailer overall is reasonable quality and performance. It is light and maneuverable and tows well behind my quad. The hardware is poor quality, with some of the bolt threads being soft and collapsed too easily, not engaging the nuts for the required length of tightening. The hardware package was also missing 8 washers upon arrival. Not sure if this was a return product which someone did not return all the washers, or if quality control wasn't up to standard during packaging. I assembled the trailer anyways as I needed to use it right away. I contacted Vevor Customer Service about the missing parts, however the procedures I needed to go through to satisfy the company that they were missing was too onerous and therefore I just took care of obtaining the needed parts myself.

Easily put together...fast delivery...just wish tore size was actually the size of 4wheeler tires...

FedEx damage package label took five extra days to get my package after calling several times and requesting information on my package!!!

I purchased this more than a year ago and it has been very helpful in my work on my land. Recently, I lost two of the cotter pins that are used to secure the rails. It was completely my fault, but when I contacted the company to purchase replacements, I discovered how poor their customer support is. I think all they use is AI instead of an individual. Despite my multiple requests to purchase the cotter pins, they keep telling me to "seek the assistance of a local technician for repairs". I've attached a picture of their cotter pin which is very unique and not something I have been able to locate doing a thorough search online. Despite all of this, they will not help. Again, it was my fault for losing the pins, but it's disturbing they won't help with an item that probably costs less than $3. Good equipment, but the worst customer service.
