Machine is good. You have to know that the cylinders tend to freeze because too quick drop of temperature. Some automation could fix this because you can overcome this problem by switching it to cold drink in the middle of the freezing cycle for couple of minutes. This makes a little bit of a hassle if you think to use this as a self service machine commercially.
But I have to say if you learn the right tricks there is no competition at this price point.

Frustrated business owner DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR
They say they warranty their products, but they do not!! I have had quite a few slushy machines from them (4 total) & spend thousands of dollars. ALL have stopped working in less than 6 months and the company only tells me to either take the machine apart (which I am not at all qualified to do) or get someone to fix it. As I have discovered, NO ONE will even attempt to fix or diagnose a VEVOR because of all the issues they have. There is a reason they are so much cheaper than other brands…THEY DO NOT WORK! Customer service is an absolute joke and only offer you a small fraction (less than 10%) for the inconvenience of getting a $1000+ machine that doesn’t work! I have been dealing with them for months with no resolve. The latest from TODAY was they will credit me $143 for $1500 worth of machines that do not work after only 3 months! Absolutely ridiculous!

Dustin All motors broke within a month of each other
The motors feel very grinding inside as if they have very cheap bearings. I only had 8 months of use for this commercial daquiri machine and now it's useless.
