gino.p Disappointed With Product Performance and Customer
I purchased this hedge trimmer July 2026 and was disappointed with its performance. The battery does not provide sufficient runtime for my intended use, and the unit intermittently shuts off while operating.
I contacted the manufacturer regarding these issues and provided videos demonstrating the problem. Unfortunately, the resolution offered was only a small partial refund, which did not adequately address my concerns about the product's performance.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. I am also disappointed with how my concerns were handled and would be hesitant to purchase from this vendor again.

Jason Horrible
If you could rate as negative 5 stars this would be it. Tried to reach out to return and was asked for videos?!?!? Wouldn’t cut 8” grass. Awful.

Jber Taille haies 20V

If there was a zero rating I would use that! Received the trimmer, charged the battery, and then tried to use it. The trimmer had no power and it is 100% inoperative straight out of the box.
