Excellent strong pool cover, which allows water through the mesh but not leaves. Installation was easy (with the right tools) and the anchors were high quality.

It arrived quickly. I haven't had a chance to install yet.

The product is great. Quality, price, and design really good. However make sure you order the right size. Customer service initial team is not very supportive. But once it goes up to second level management can be open to problem solving.

Cover fit like a glove. Easy to install. They should let you know for only concrete. If you also have a wood deck need separate anchors. Otherwise so far so good. See how it looks next year hopefully holds in for years to come

Initial thoughts were how to install and will my drill do the work. The quick answer is you need a big drill and bit to get through concrete. I rented from local machine and tool shop. Once I had the correct drill and bit, drilling holes went much better. Measuring and getting straps lined up was a little challenging as the cover is just larger than the pool (as described). Once I found my method, the cover did install fairly easily. I have had to tighten the straps a few times after extremely windy days. The huge win here is that the old tarp and water bags that I used to use would have blown around and fallen into the pool, this is way more secure. Also, from a safety standard, my granddaughter who is almost two and a daredevils ran right out onto the cover. She was safe even though it gave us a scare. Good overall product.

Fast delivery in reinforced packaging. The quality of the material and the stitching is top notch. The size is accurate, when stretched we measured 18'2" x 34'1". The metal strap end caps come off very easily, do not pull on them. The number of straps shown on most pictures on the website are always way more then the actual and it feels misleading. There's a disclaimer that they are for reference only and the actual number - 24, 4 on the short sides, 8 on the long sides - is under one of the pictures in small print, but still. The resulting panel size is 6' x 4'10 1/4". 5 straps and 9 straps would give 4'6" x 4'3" and would also help position the cover for installation, because all sides would have a middle strap that could be aligned with the mid points of the sides of the pool. The included tools work, the anchors are good. They are for concrete, if you need anchors for wood, interlock or grass you have to get them somewhere else. I reassembled the springs. They did not lay flat even under tension, they were standing up on their heels. They can be taken apart and put back together without tools. In the attached picture the back one is how it came, the front one is how I like them. Overall good cover for the right price. Excellent workmanship and quality.

Today I installed the cover over the pool and found a small production fault ( see 2 photos attached).
