Pool Cover - Quite satisfactory. Material not quite as heavy as last cover, but will be very adequate and was priced competitively. Rating would be five stars except that the instructions mentioned an included storage bag for winter, but no storage bag was included.

Selected a winter pool cover for my house in Greece, and had the item shipped to the destination. Unfortunately, it was slightly too small (my fault), so I had to contact customer services to resolve the problem. Over the course of 3 - 4 prompt e-mail responses, the whole issue was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. The people involved were courteous, professional, and most helpful. Quality of cover and springs excellent, easy to use although it required some drilling to put in place. Cover was 1' short, but given the quality of everything else it was acceptable, although slightly disappointing.

Like the product. Takes awhile to install. Need more then 2 people to help you. After installed like 30mins to take off and re install Good solid product

The quality of fabric is great! There were missing springs and connectors. Lucky for me the pool company had some spare pieces or it would have been a huge issue.

Couverture de haute qualité mais système fixation pas top. Obligé de percer les carrelages avec du 19mm. Mèche non pas fournie avec. 2 X 4 trous dans la largeur et 2 X 7 trous dans la longueur. Gros risque de fendre les carrelages et mauvaise esthétique. J'ai du trouver une autre solution pour fixer la bâche sans percer les carrelages. Dommage

Just bought it and out of the box several of the metal caps on the end of the straps were missing and a couple more fell off while installing it. If I didn't absolutely need to get the cover on I would return it. This means the straps will frey and the life of the product will be deminished. By how much, who knows. Generally love Vevor stuff. First thing that rubbed me wrong.

Over all the quality for price was good. The only issue was the cover is not the same size as purchased or labeled. I ordered a 16x32, 18x34 was the actual measurement. The problem is I may not have enough adjustment to keep it from sagging into the pool as it stretches. I installed the brass pins as far out as possible on the 40 inch concrete slab surrounding the pool. I believe it will still do the job. This winter will be the real test.
