Fantastic. Melts pillar wax very quickly. Even though the tap isn't brass, it still works perfectly. No clogs.

Best wax melter.

It's ready to go out of the box. It is so easy to use. It does have a minimum fill line inside so keep that in mind. It also heats way faster than a double boil over the stove. The outside doesn't get hot because of the cover, but the metal piece on the spout does. Size is good for creating a lot of candles. Pretty durable. No smells unless the wax burns out. Easy to clean. I clean it with hot water and wipe it.

Good value for money. I had one from other chinese platform but it had design flaw, not all wax would come out and plastic parts on faucet could not held hot wax. This one work as charm.

Great unit! My only complaint is that the temperature control is a little finicky. Now that I have it dialed in, my hamster absolutely loves it! Fits as many as 6 hamsters at once, but Little Ricky prefers it solo. Living his best little bachelor life. I hope to install a bar for when he has some ladies friends over. Convenient drain for when things get a little "soupy" from his escapades. For some reason I couldnt upload a video. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Very good quality and fast shipping. Happy with the purchase!

This product is super easy to use, and keep clean. It makes candle-making a breeze. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

I upgraded to the VEVOR 20lb wax melter, and this has made my candle-making process so much easier. If you’re used to melting wax in smaller batches, this is a MAJOR upgrade. The 10L capacity lets me melt a large amount of wax at once, which saves time and keeps my process consistent — especially when I’m making multiple candles in one session. The easy-pour spout is one of my favorite features. It gives you way more control when pouring, and I don’t have wax spilling everywhere like I used to with smaller containers. ✔️ What I liked: Large capacity (perfect for batching candles) Heats evenly and melts wax pretty quickly Easy-pour spout = less mess, more control Makes the whole process faster and more efficient Great for small business or serious hobby use ❌ What to know: It is bigger than expected, so make sure you have space for it Takes a little time to learn your preferred temperature settings Since using this, I’ve been able to make more candles in less time, and everything feels way more organized. Overall: If you’re serious about candle making or planning to scale, this is definitely worth it. It saves time, reduces mess, and makes your process feel a lot more professional.
