Topeste in continuare ceara, dar atat. 😐

Very disappointed with this VEVOR wax melter. The thermostat is a complete mess. Set it to 70 °C – it heats up to 120 °C and still keeps going. When you just want to keep the wax warm, it continues heating non-stop. Basically useless if you need accurate temperature control.

Bought in April 2025 and when received it had a defective spout. When I finally got them to understand what I was talking about they said they would send me a new spout would take a couple of months to receive. Ok it is now September the 1st 2025 and I have not received it yet! Cant even use the wax melter it is useless! I tried to get my money back and they will not return it

Received the item with damage to the non stick coating, after sending images they offered to send a replacement pot only. 10 days later there is still no confirmation of the replacement being sent. Sent an enquiry asking when it would be sent, they replied they hadn't received the replacement and offered me a partial refund along with the suggestion I could try and source parts to fix it myself (fix non stick?!). I replied asking for a full replacement as the kit is still showing on their website (at a slightly higher price than what I paid), they replied with another offer of a higher partial refund, completely ignoring my request for a replacement. I replied again asking for a replacement or a full refund, they processed a full refund. Not sure why they wouldn't replace the item as it's still showing in stock on the website. Would not buy again from them.

I purchased this pot to melt candle wax. It worked fine for about two months, then it started to leak. The bolt that connect to the spout doesn't stay on tight which caused oil to leak out. Oil is also leaking out from the bottom in certain places. I hope I can return or get a replacement.

I purchased this wax melter and it seems to be melting at a higher temperature than stated as it is over cooking the beeswax, and for some reason the wax is getting clogged when trying to use the spout. Not sure if the spout is faulty, or if it's length means that the beeswax is cooling off too much before coming out the spout. Maybe this isn't good for beeswax but may be find for parafin wax? It just sits at the side of the studio for now till I can try and maybe replace the spout for more functionality.
