Jó minőségű anyagból készült, a heggesztések lehetnének szebbek is, de a funkciót nem befolyásolja. Jók a kiegészítő termékek, ezeket mind külön kellene megvásárolni, így viszont ezzekel is spórol az ember. Érdemes réztöltetet beszerezni, valamint digitális maghőmérőt a precízebb lepárlás érdekében, mivel a toronyban lévő bimetálos hőmérő kissé lassan reagál a változásokra. Összeségében megéri, de talán az 50 literes jobb választás lett volna számomra. Kiváló pálinkát lehet vele főzni, ha bizonyos dolgokat betartassz a folyamatok során.

Pálinkafőzèshez egy edènyben, olajba állítva használom, így nem èg le a cefre sem. Vèkony anyag, de stabil. A deflegmátor toronyba rèzhálót tömködtem, így megkaphatja a rezet a párlat, ha kèri. A kerámiagolyókat forró vízben kifőzöm, majd sütőben kiszárítom, így regenerálom. Szerintem egy okos, jól kigondolt rendszer. Direkt lánggal fűtve nem ajánlom, mert az alja is vèkony, de duplafalúkènt használom, ez engem nem èrint. A deflegmátor használható aromatoronykènt is, tehetünk oda szárított gyümölcsöt is. Maximálisan ajánlom.

This is probably the best distiller on the market when it comes to price-quality-features. It is very versatile with its center column, as you can even place flavored fruits or botanicals on that mesh. The bottom is doubled i believe and well built. It even has a false bottom and comes with a mesh and a bag if you really want to place solids inside the boiler and have them about 10cm above the bottom. All the valves are a nice addition as you can actually re-run your heads within the same run (just by pouring them in). It is a good quality steel and I've look at al the solders and they look good. However you do need to clean it nicely before use, because it comes from the factory and it can still have leftovers from the soldering process. I also want to give a big shoutout to the Vevor Support team, because while the packaging was ok (all components fit inside the boiler), all of them were protected in shipping except the Alcoholmeter which came broken (because it's made of glass and the other components must have moved around inside and stepped on it), the Support team quickly responded to the issue and resolved the issue. They were great!

Vevor had this arrive to my door in very good time. It was delivered on a Sunday so the free shipping was super expedient. Despite being age 60, I have never work with this kind of equipment before. And despite that, i was able to fully assemble it in perhaps 20 minutes. It was really that easy. Once assembled, i filled it with 2 gallons water and 2 gallons of white vinegar. I allowed about 90 minutes before reaching a boil and let it sit in Self-Cleaning mode for an additional 90 minutes. I will likely repeat that self-cleaning process 2 more time with it's current contents. First time running used about 1 gallon. After the 2nd time self-cleaning i will connect the cooling system for the 3rd time running self-clean. The temperature gauge showed a reading of 100' C for the entire 90 minutes i allowed vapor to escape. When the temperature gauge was fully tightened it was 90' to far, but i had no problem backing it off 1/4 turn. The trickiest part of it all was figuring out main gasket placement. To install it must be Step 1 with Main Lid. Lay the lid down upside down, perhaps on a pillow. Then take the large Hoop Gasket and begin pressing it into the perimeter ring( the 3/4 " x 3/8 " deep x 19") that is on the lid.
