I was very disappointed with the condition of this car lift when it arrived. Two of the four safety locks were damaged. One wasn’t even attached to the lift, and the other was missing the silver hook. I found the sheared bolts loose inside the packaging. To make matters worse, there was a significant amount of rust on the lift itself as well as on the included hardware. The damaged safety mechanisms are especially concerning. These locks are designed to protect you while you’re working under the vehicle, and if one were to fail, the consequences could be catastrophic. A car lift with broken safety components and rust right out of the box is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately my lift was lost but very satisfied with vevor for my complete refund. Now just waiting for the refund to arrive.

I bought this system because it was considerably less expensive than the Quick Jack system and looked to be built pretty well. It is definitely built sturdy. The lift platforms probably weigh at least 150 lbs a piece. Considerably more than the Quick Jack lifts. Forget hanging them on the wall. I am disappointed in the lifting capacity. My 2023 Charger Scat Pack Widebody probably weighs about 4400 lbs. The Vevor 7000 lift should easily lift my car to the second locking slots. It barely makes past the first slot. Even at that it provides enough room to get done most things I would want to accomplish.

Purchased this item to lift my new Miata convertible, but the wheel base on the car was too short. I had to sell it at a loss

The unit is leaking , I am very disappointed

I wish I could say how much I'm enjoying it but since buying it a month ago I still haven't been able to use it. I bought the extended version due to the length of my cars but 1 of the extensions arrived bent and unable to lay flat making the lift unusable. I reported it and sadly that process was painful and frustrating. I received several notices that my composing was resolved and would be closed when the previous response was that I should wait 48 hrs for a resolution. Several times I was assured I'd be contacted in a certain time frame only for that time frame to lapse forcing me to follow up on my follow ups. On 1 occasion weekend I actually did get a response they told me to bend it back. That's was laughable fire several reasons not to mention that if the metal could be bent they easily or successfully what would that mean for supporting the weight of my car. That said her I am a month late several back and forths and my replacement extension that I had to fight for is supposed to be arriving today. So hopefully then I'll get to use it and see if I like it

Put unit together and tried to lift my car ,that’s when the leaks started. Needed to remove both cylinders and put Teflon tape on 90 degree elbows.

I bought this a month and a half ago when there was a sale. I had contemplated getting a lift for a year. The next morning I tried to cancel the order but was told it shipped though it obviously hadn't and didn't for another week. I repeatedly tried to cancel getting the same reply that it had shipped and I could refuse delivery. I had a friend that was also looking to buy one and he bought mine. When it was delivered we unpacked the crate and he took it home. After setting it up a quick disconnect leaked so he couldn't use it. He contacted VEVOR and they agreed to a partial refund to cover his having to go purchase a replacement part. So, customer service gets a poor grade for not cancelling the order but a good grade for how the bad part was handled. As far as the unit, it still has not been used as he is waiting to get the part to make it operational. That said the lift looks good and I like how it lifts straight up vs how the competing one goes forward while lifting. It is very heavy duty but also very heavy. I liked how a lot of different sized blocks are included too.

You failed to deliver the lift. It never arrived. Your service department refunded the money. There was no effort on your companies part to find the product, to ship again, or ensure that I got the product. The only effort made by your company was to immediately refund the money and inform me that I was free to order another lift. This lift was on sale, making it appealing at the time. The nerve to suggest I order again is beyond me. A new order would mean I pay an inflated price (normal). It is ridiculous service. Then, on top of this bad experience, I check the status of this order and you have it listed as delivered. I have video proving no deliveries have occurred. I have a welder and plasma cutter from Vevor. I have been pleased with them...This ordeal, extremely disappointing.
