Run away from this one. I went the cheaper route and thought I would give Vevor a try. Big mistake! I received this lift March 6th. I have yet to use it, because the pump leaks and one of the cylinders leak, making a mess in my garage. Two out of the three of the hydraulic components leak. Called support, was told someone would get back to me. They emailed me back asking for pictures of the leak. I have sent three sets of pictures, still no action. Their website so 30 days free returns. I have asked a couple times to just get a refund, no response. I just called their support line twice on Friday, 4/17/2026. said no one available to answer my call, call back later. This product was suppose to make my life easier, now a have a lift taking up space in my garage for over a month. I hope this helps someone else that is looking to by a portable lift.

Spent a lot of money for an item to never arrive

Well, I ordered the 5000 lb lift 4 weeks later customer service keep saying shipping issues. Than they said we will refund your money in 2 to 15 days. They never offered to shipp another lift. I think vevor is over selling and they dont have all the products in stock. Bad really bad experience, the played with my money and waisted my time
