Product was easy to install and works every bit as good as advertised.

Once it was installed, it is wonderful. Lightweight and easy to use and it's aluminum which should survive our coastal climate better than steel. My old coated steel lifter rusted out in the coastal climate but it had a piston to help with lifting. I was a bit concerned about no piston, but it is really easy to use. It actually feels easier than my old lifter. Only downside is that the only instructional video lacks details. Fortunately, I installed a similar one before, so I could figure it out. A detailed video would really help. The current video only shows a person operating the lifter. Overall, a great product at a great price.

Good price and came quickly. Instructions were little to no help. Our cover has a kind of rounded shape where most are flat on the sides, front and back, so it did take some time to figure out the right spots to mount it. Once we figured that out, the lift has been very good, just don't be rough with it. If you're kind of gentle, it should last for some time. Very easy to use and worth the price for sure.

This is a great way to protect your investment in a hot tub and its cover. Keeps the tub, uncover clean, unknown what affect it really has an energy efficiency as it has been used on a hot tub that is brand new. I would not want a new hot tub outside without this cover. Only drawback I’ve noticed, adjustment straps do freeze if they pick up moisture.

Great fit very easy to install took 20 minutes

I bought this for a Arctic Spa hot tub with a 92" wide cover. Though the description says it can support upto 92.5", in my opinion, I would not recommend for a cover that size. I partially installed it just to see how well it would support the cover... unfortunately the lifter frame must be extended to its max settings which dramatically decreases the lifter strenght and stability. As such I cannot use this. However, this lifter would be fantastic for a cover of 87" or less. It's a great design, the lifter bars are elongated into a curved end that acts as a natural "stop" for when the cover is in the up position and the bottom plates are solid enough. The bottom plates have screw holes in case you elect to secure it to the footing of your hot tub. Also it has an addition of hooks for towels.
