Well I cannot believe how cheap these are but there are some issues as I do not have a heel on my boots so they walk off the back of my soles and stick out the back of the boot so I can no longer stay in the tree! They really need a second strap that keeps the big steel frame under your foot and not let it walk back.

The belt has lousy cinch straps making it difficult to keep up on the waist. D-rings are too far rearward for comfortable wea and flip rope operation..
The tree Gaffs, uses plastic boot straps, they secure the boots ok, but allow the boot to walk in the saddle.
