The company promised shipping within 24 hours. After a few days of it not being shipped I reached out to them. It was one excuse and lie after another. After over a week I told him to cancel my order but they all but refused. It was a giant pane dealing with them and trying to get them to give me my money back so that I could buy from somewhere else. The running boards are worth the money, but I hope you get all the parts because if you don't you will not get any help from Vevors support team. I ordered them Feb 27 and still have not heard anything from Vevor sending the missing part. They are not interested at all in resolving the issue. They will drop you like a lead balloon! I will never buy anything from them again!

I bought these expecting they wouldn’t last too many years because of the price and they turned out to be quite nice but there was a poor spot in one of the welds where water is getting in to the tube and then rusty water is coming out down along the running board. I paid extra warranty on these on top of the regular warranty and I can’t get a response from Vevor on the issue I’m having. So for that reason I don’t think I would purchase these again if I needed running boards for a different vehicle. I’d like the product I don’t like the support. The photo is just a little bit of rust showing, if I wash the truck and then drive it or drive it in the rain a rusty film will be smeared down the length of the running board. These are just a few weeks old.

The steps are great, for the price theyre pretty solid steps, The instructions however. Might as well only use them to see what bolts go where, not brackets. If anyone decides to get them the 3 brackets are notched Front-rear (actual placement is "no notch, 3 notch, 2 notch" unless mine were just miss cut. They do fit. You just gotta figure out in what order.

They were beautiful and easy to install. One was perfect but the other had both end caps severely damaged!. I would like new end caps shipped to me for replacement and I will give 5 stars. Thank you. When they arrived, they look really nice, but the one thing that concerns me is the fact that they are light weight and are not as rigid as the OEM running boards. I have not installed them as of yet and still debating if I will. I'm sure they will look nicer than the one that came on it, but it just concerns me that they might not hold up as well as the originals, I guess I will have to install them to find out, hopefully I have not invested $145.00 in something that just looks good, but, will literally, hold up to the test.

They look good. Instructions are really no that good at all. I was putting on the last bracket and I was missing 2 bolts and 2 nuts. Had to get my own that were similar but not the same. I guess for $200 can't really complain. However all parts should be in the box!!

They shipped the wrong brackets and wouldn't fit our 2025 Ford F150 SuperCab. They give a complete refund and let us keep the steps. Luckily, we have a fabrication shop to make new brackets.
