This extractor fit the bill at a great price and good quality. I had used an extractor with my mentor that was over $1K. This extractor shook less while on and had all the same features, for a fraction of the cost. We got one crack in the lid when it was knocked down and hit a metal screw, but that was easily fixed with duct tape. We will pay attention to closing the lids. It assembles easily and is sturdy. The motor seems to be powerful and I don't feel that it is at risk of burning out with expected use.

I have run a sideline honey operation for about 20 years with a 18 frame extractor. The price of this extractor allowed me to harvest small batches without getting out the 18-frame. Great quality no problems. Just turn it on and let it spin while I decap the next frames. Love it, should have had it 20 years ago! And it paid for itself selling a single case of Honey!

This item works great for slinging out the honey cause all the honey out of your racks. Great great product.

Great Entry Level Extractor for the Backyard hive keeper. I extracted 2 Shallows the first time I used it. Worked Perfectly. The Speed, etc was more than sufficient. It was easy enough to clean and put back up. Gave me the flexibility to extract and put the supers right back on the hive to be filled up again. Thank you Vevor for a product I would purchase again. Just ordered a 1.25hp router to go with the 3.25hp router I got from you guys.. Thanks again. Just used it for the first time yesterday. Also pleased with the performance of it.

I'm so glad I made this purchase and also deciding to go ahead with the electric over the manual model. The extractor arrived in perfect condition, with the exception of one missing bolt...which was an easy fix and no reason to take away a star. As far as assembly goes, I had the extractor put together in no time, after it was washed out and dried. I love the auto-shutoff safety feature when either side of the cover is lifted...no need to turn the machine off while in use. As far as operation goes, it worked perfectly and ran smoothly with just a slight wobble. I'm absolutely sure the wobble will not occur once the extractor is bolted down. I used the extractor with four deeps at a time without any issues and I'm positive it'll work just as well when extracting 8 mediums! All in all, I'm absolutely happy with my purchase and if need be, I would not hesitate to purchase a larger extractor in the future. 100% satisfied.

We have used this extractor a couple times so far this season, everything seems to function well. I had to make some modification to the collar where the drive from the motor attaches to the basket as the set screw was not functional , and the legs are constructed a bit light, but given the price compared to other brands I'm still very satisfied with the purchase. Great extractor for hobby beekeepers, or as in our case we use it to supplement a larger extractor when it isn't necessary, I would definitely buy again.

We usually keep 6-8 backyard hives, and this extractor made our summer harvest this year so much easier. The spinning bin holds 8 honey supers at a time (4 radially, 4 laterally). Our routine was to load eight frames, spin them down for a couple of minutes, stop to flip the lateral frames, then spin all eight down another couple of minutes. Worked like a charm. I've always used a manual extractor in the past, but I won't be going back. The larger capacity and super quiet electric motor makes our honey harvest much more enjoyable.

Most excellent product. Does everything it should for a fraction of the cost of others. I am so happy I found Vevor and this product. Thank you Vevor. This extractor is a total game changer. I have 24 honeybee colonies, all are 10 frame deeps and I can easily keep up with the work.

A good little extractor for the price. The installation instructions and operational instructions that come with it are severely lacking. It has a ballbearing in the bottom that needs to be oiled with food grade high heat cooking oil before use. Not mentioned in the book. They say that honey is self-oiling, but this is not totally true. If you don't oil it, you run the chance of overheating the bearing. Also, be careful not to lose the bearing when you clean the machine. It will just roll out when the tank is turned upside down in cleaning. The bottom of the tank is lower than the honey gate, which means you will need to tilt it to get out the remaining honey. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker for the price point. Other machines do not have this issue, but cost several times more. I used their tech service, and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this extractor for the small hobby beekeepers who produce a couple of hundred pounds or less of honey. Much easier than hand-cranked.

I had a hand-crank extractor that I paid almost double of this extractor. It is a great unit for the price. The only issue is it wobbles before the weight of honey helps stabilize. Solved that problem by bolting the legs to a square of 3/4" plywood. You can't go wrong for the price.
