The machine we purchased is fickle and does not work consistently at an adequate level. It is impossible to communicate with the company. We are highly disappointed. We reached out for help and were asked to send a video. We did send pictures. Each time we reached out, we managed to get the machine working again. And yet - just today - it stopped working adequately again. Trying to make a video is a bit much.

Pin button backing doesn't align with the front printed design regardless of how it's placed. Plastic backings are super cheap and I bought different liner covers because the ones included would wrap around the pin. Customer service was useless for assistance while also requesting multiple videos. You get what you pay for in cost, invest in the better options out there - skip this.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She made few pins and the machine started to get stuck after making the badge.

It was broken and we can’t use it.

This is one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had!! The button maker is made from very cheap, thin plastic and it arrived with a huge crack down the side and a broken handle - I never even got to try it out because it arrived in awful condition. It took over a week to get the company to send a return label and there were several days between their responses (after originally offering a 30% refund and telling me to just get it serviced) and after I sent the item back, they closed the customer service chat, called it resolved, and never gave me the refund that they promised. I am beyond disappointed and I would highly recommend getting a button maker from literally any other brand. Don’t waste your money!!

I purchased this product after great reviews. I was sent a product that did not work. I reached out to support and after a week was informed that i still needed to wait longer for support on a product that was broken upon arrival. I tried to return it and was unable to and only was offered a partial refund. I am out half my order price and have a piece of garbage taking up space. Do not buy this.

My daughter’s machine came in broken. She opened it on Christmas to find it broken. Couldn’t get another shipped because they were all sold out. Had to be back to step 1, with no button machine. Check y’all machines. Hopefully, it doesn’t come shipped like my daughters did.
