Manual is trash. Foam packing around unit was not sufficient. Excellent hoist but wish it had a brake so it didn't free wheel as much once switch is released. Had to align handle to ger manual switch to stay in place and end on cables remote was crushed but they gave an excellent rebate on that.

Overall I like the winch and would buy it again. Pros: Powerful; Solid hooks; easy to operate; remote control Cons: LOUD; The cable doesn't spool out well without weight on it; The motor runs for a few seconds after the buttons are released-Takes some getting used to.

I use this alot on my roll around A-frame. works great. only thing I dislike is that that it doesn't stop pulling after you let off the trigger.

Great for the price. Pulls very strong and nice to use the remote when loading a car on the trailer. The motor does not have a break, so make sure you let off early so as to not pull to far. It is great for what I needed.

Purchased 2 of these motor to fly our Enterntainment Gear to a dead hang point. These hoist work well so far. I havent put a lot of weight on them yet. I do like the options of up and down on the unit itself, The Pickle, and the Remote controls, Ill probably never use.

Really like wench. Heavy duty for its application would recommend. Like most other vevor products am well pleased

I purchased this item back in May of this year and with me moving I had not gotten to set it up. I was very disappointed to think I was getting a hoist with a clamp and strap but nope nothing of either. I now have to find a clamp to mount this thing and a strap to use for it. The unit itself looks good but now have to spend more money to buy the stuff to mount it and the strap to use to hoist things. I am very upset because I definitely need to use this

I hate to say it but I'm not very happy with this Electric hoist. Everything i have bought from Vevor in the past has been totally awsome and I tend to lean more to this brand if I have a choice between an off brand and a Vevor brand tool. Unfortunately this hoist should not be rated to lift anything vertically. I was using this to lift 5 gallon buckets filled with concrete up onto scaffolding to fill concrete blocks. The buckets are not more than 100lbs so well under the rated lifting capacity of this hoist. After lifting just two buckets I realized this should not be advertised as a hoist to lift things. The cable was not winding evenly on to the spool and so the cable was filling only the center of the spool and then jamming and damaging the cable. I'm so disappointed. I think this is better suited to pull things horizontally like pulling a car into a garage or onto a trailer.
