Rails arrived bent, contacted customer support for an exchange or refund and they said no.

Junk. Don't buy Vevor rails. This company does not stand behind their products and it's impossible to get return authorization

Ein Paar Schienen waren perfekt und das andere Paar war leicht windschief. Schade dass ein Umtausch so umständlich und kompliziert sein muss. so habe ich mich halt damit arrangiert und werde in Zukunft meine Ware anderswo kaufen.

Excelent product.But at the time when I placed the order delivery time was 4 days.It took 9 days with 5 interventions at customer service and I heard all kind of excuses.For that problem I asked for a discount on my next purcese but they ignored my request.Product 5 stars and all around service 2 stars.I am dissapointed.

I actually cannot believe that I was asked to write a review for these, since they never arrived. Instead of these rails I received a photo canopy for small item photography and a large food warmer. Then in response to me contacting them to rectify the situation all i got was offers of partial refunds for the problem, and never once was there any indication or offer to send the correct items. I eventually just cancelled the order, got a full refund, and purchased these rails from a different source. Now, it is evident that there is no human presence at Vevor as I was asked to write a review. These are not business oriented people, this is a warehouse pushing out stuff without any means to correct errors. If the same happened to you, do not settle, demand full refund.

I give it 1 star and it's not because the product is of poor quality, it is a good product and has good quality. The only problem is that it arrived incomplete. The accessories were 2 SBR20 rails of 2200mm and 4 SBR20UU blocks and only 2 SBR20UU blocks arrived. I have been talking to customer service for a week and they do not want to solve my problem. The customer service is very bad.
