This item was easy to order, it arrived exactly on time. It was a breeze to install. Time will tell it’s longevity. Overall very pleased, I wouldn’t hesitate to to purchase from vector again.

I purchased 3 of these units for my house. Great value for the cost. They installed easily and are very sturdy. Two minor items that a slight modification would greatly improve the product. Firstly, the 2 bolts that fasten the handrail at either end to the posts should be finished in black, not chrome or have a cap cover provided. I painted mine with rust paint to match the finish. The other item is that the square covers for the posts are too small to cover the 4 bolts that fasten into the concrete base. The base cover should be large enough to cover the post base entirely. I modified the base with a hacksaw to allow the cover to fit. I have a friend who is looking at buying these handrails now for his upcoming deck installation.

The quality is a real surprise. Time from ordering to delivery was just a few days. Love it so much we bought two!

Great product can’t bet the price will buy again, but I just bought three more of them two more blacks, and one white this time

Very easy to install and really appreciated the drill bit being included this time. It managed to drill through 3 of the 4 locations in the very hard concrete step so gave a good fixing. This saved me money from the previous handrail I had bought so thanks for the improvement. Lovely and smooth surface surface.

Needed to install for insurance purposes. Easy to install and it looks great.

Country house, my 85 year old mother with a problem knee coming to visit. We bought one first to see if it would work, it did, so we bought a 2nd . Now there are rails either side of the steps. My mother was very happy to see the new handrails when she arrived, she could get up the stairs on her own with the new handrails, previously she had to have someone assist her.

The perfect solution to an insurance mandate for a railing on a summer rental project. What could have cost 1000,s was an afternoon and 500.00.

Solid aluminum material with flexibility built in. Easy installation.

This railing was very easy to install. The Black color gets hot in the summer, so something to consider.
