The item worked as described. But when you are done there as a lot of diesel in the pipes that you need to get rid of in someway otherwise it will be al over the floor or inside the box and it will leek out. (The diesel dont stay in the pipe it get out of the pipes)

I used it to get fuel from a tank in the bed of my truck to a tractor and it was a mess. Better off getting a pump that fits on the tank.

This product was dead upon opening the box and attempting to install. I have bought other Vevor products and been happy with the quality, but not this o e. I am still waiting on response to Vevor regarding a refund. They took 48 hours to pass along my communication and now need another 48 hours to determine their course of action. I attached a video showing it does not operate at all and is dead. Hopefully, a refund is forthcoming ASAP.

This pump worked three times then the motor burnt up. Wires were smoking and it was over. I’d like another one to replace it but this stupid company refuses to respond on taking care of sending me another or a refund. They give me the same automatic apology and that they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. No matter how many times I sent them my complaint over and over they sent the same automatic response. They say 48 hours the problems, but it’s been going on since June 24. I would not buy anything from this company because they do not stand behind it or even respond to you. I’ve left my phone number. I’ve left my email, and I haven’t spoke with a human yet. I’m now gonna dispute it with my credit card because they won’t do anything

The input hose diameter is too large to fit down a gas tank. The purchase was completely useless to me.

Quit after 10 gallons. Smoke started coming out of the end of the pump.

I was supposed to hook up any of my batteries from my cordless drills, but what they sent me is you put 2D batteries in it and that’s what you use for power it’s false advertisement it’s a piece of shit

The unit arrived on time. The suction hose was of good quality. The output hose was a poor quality and easily folded. When I tried to put it together I found that one of the factory crimped ends on the output hose was not the right connector. It was supposed to be threaded and it looks to be some type of a quick connect that does not fit. I contacted vivor to replace the hose. They wanted to replace just the connector which I explained they can't do as it is a factory crimped part and I can't crimp the hose. They agreed to send a new hose. Weeks later I was notified that the part was lost in shipping and they would like to give me a partial refund and I can source my own part to fix it. I explained again that if I can find the correct connector I can't crimp it onto their hose. This is a high flow diesel hose and I don't want to use just a barbed connector I want the factory crimping. They then wanted to have me return it and they would send me a new one. If this was the only option I could have saved weeks and just returned this the day I received it and spared myself a month of frustration dealing with a company that clearly doesn't understand their own products and offers for customer service.

Worked for 30 seconds then stopped pumping. Tried to get it to work again and it wouldn’t . Going to return.
