I never got to use it!
I bought this blender because if the good reviews. However, my experience was negative one. Upon first use, the blender started smoking.
Customer service was great. They refunded me quickly but only after I sent them pictures of the cut cord on the blender to show thaat it cannot be used any longer.
2 stars because of their customer service.

This unit is underpowered , heavy, not easy to use. You have to hold the lid down manually. I used it one time I'm going to throw it away. Not worth the money do not buy…

I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband last year. Exactly 2 weeks after the warranty expired the blades broke off! It was great while it lasted and we loved the blender but am very upset at the poor quality. If the blades break off while trying to blend frozen fruit you can’t call this “professional “ or “commercial grade “. Very disappointing and frustrating!
