Cómo es posible que no tengan venta de refacciones o sea se amuelan las cuchillas y hay que tirarla al basura ????

It died last month.

The product works fine and do the job but it is too noisy. I would say it makes the same noise as a regular shaker. The noise cover is ok but the motor is too noisy. When you select the modes, in the screen says “Mode 2” for example and it should say “Cleaning”. It is a little detail thay adds quality. If you are buying because you need something quieter than normal, I do not recommend.

Bin überhaupt nicht begeistert. Die Ergebnisse sind extrem schlecht Ich würde so einen Mixer niemals wieder kaufen Am liebsten würde ich ihn aus dem Fenster werfen

this stop working after a year when the warranty ends

In de omschrijving staat dat de blender een glazen kan heeft is dus niet , is een kunststof kan !! Ik zou deze graag retour sturen ! Want ik kan er niets meedoen .

When I placed the order, the title and description did not clearly state that the item was made of plastic. The product images looked very much like glass, which was the main reason I purchased it. After receiving the item, I found out it was plastic, which was completely different from what I expected based on the listing images. What makes this even worse is the seller’s response after I requested a return. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading listing, they appeared to update the product page afterward and then asked me whether I had carefully read the product details before purchasing. This feels very unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be blamed when the original listing failed to clearly disclose such an important material detail. If the product is plastic, the seller should clearly state “plastic” in the title, bullet points, and description from the beginning, not rely on customers to guess from pictures. The listing was misleading, the product did not match the impression given by the images, and the after-sales response made the experience even worse. I do not recommend this product or this seller. The listing was unclear, the material was misleading, and the seller’s handling of the return request was very disappointing. This was a frustrating and unsatisfactory buying experience.

Das Gerät ist gerade nach einem Monat kaputt! Mehr muss ich nicht dazu sagen

The commercial smoothie Blender procured by me was absolutely bad in fucntioning. The smoothie feature doesn't dole the product out as desired. A regular Mixie is doing a better job with making smoothies than this professional Mixie. Very disappointed with my purchase

No enciende. Quiero devolverlo
