Purchased on June 26th, was getting my records together so I could clean them for the first time, I had set up my Vevor, 2 weeks prior, anticipating what would happen. Just used my new Vevor, record cleaner on Tuesday, filled the tank watched a couple of video's and reviews on u-tube just to get a better idea of what to expect. Turned on the machine and to my surprise everything worked except the light on the temperature setting, thermostat never came on and the water in the tank never changed , nor were there any indication of any ultrasonic activity. I was totally disappointed. I'm still waiting to here back from customer service.

Worst company i receive my vevor ultrasonic damaged the company refund a partial refund not complete. Last time i buy from this company

Broke after using two times! But the cost is good as ultrasonic cleaner as long as it is running!

The dryer was missing some nuts. The holes were too small for the axle to fit, so I had to enlarge them with a drill. Otherwise, it works perfectly once these imperfections were corrected.

Good product, seemed to be missing some of the disc needed to wash a full eight records. They do not appear to be available to buy seperately, so I can't buy replacements.

I’m not that impressed so far. Doesn’t seem to be any better than my old manual cleaner. The box was also damaged when it arrived.

Unfortunately I cannot give a complete review as my unit did not work on arrival. Vevor was quick to respond and after negotiating with their AI chat bot, I received a full refund. I was able to repurchase the 6L bin as that was the malfunctioning part and have been using it daily since. Unit is working as intended and us easy to use. The quality of the components seems legit, although I am remaining skeptical of longevity given my encounter with a non-functional unit at the beginning.

Unit arrived with broken heater thermostat. Customer support was ridiculous. Rather than sending me a replacement unit, they are sending me a circuit board that they expect me to install myself. The board is being shipped from China, no idea when I might arrive.

I bought the machine to clean my 400 7" records for my jukebox. The machine offers no adaptors for the larger hole in the 7" records, so it cannot clean them. Dussapointed in product.

The ultrasonic cleaner works well. But I want a basket so I can get full use of my cleaner. Vevor is the only one who manufacturers one specifically for this machine . BUT THEY REFUSE TO SELL IT TO ME. I took a week and many emails and chats and complaints on IG for them to even give me the specs of the basket. Now they refuse to give me contact information for the corporate office so I can complain that they refuse to take my money. I will never buy a Vevor product again. And I recommend that no one else does.
