Updating my review after receiving assistance from Customer Service. I originally purchased this product after watching several YouTube videos—videos I now realize were paid promotions, which explains why all the reviews appeared around the same time. When my first unit arrived, I was very disappointed with its performance. Customer Service offered either a partial refund or a replacement product. I chose the replacement, and many of my concerns were resolved because the new system was noticeably better. I’ve cleaned a few records now and I’m genuinely happy with this purchase, and appreciative that Customer Service provided the upgraded system at no additional cost. There are still a couple of minor issues—the drain on the new unit isn’t perfectly flush, and it no longer includes the acrylic spacers. However, the most important improvement is that the rod connecting to the motor fits properly and securely, which was my biggest concern. I have cleaned a few records and happy with this purchase and happy that customer service was able to provide another system at no extra cost. Now, the drain still isnt flush on the new one and this product no longer comes with the acrylic spacers but most importantly the rod that connects to the motor fits easily and that was my biggets concern.

machine is great service sucks as ive been waiting for missing parts for weeks will not recomend Velvor to anyone for the bad service

It is great for cleaning records . I really enjoy it. But I didn't get my stainles steel basket for cleaning jewerly , jus small cap. I don't know is this usual like this, if you buy record cleaner ?

Je l'ai acheté en fin d'année dernière, c'est une machine qui fonctionne bien avec un bon mélange de produits et d'eau déminéralisée ( même si l'idéal est l'eau distillée), facile à utiliser,point négatif le moteur tourne trop vite, ça n'empêche pas le nettoyage mais ce n'est pas optimale et j'ai modifié le système de serrage du support qui n'est pas pratique à l'usage à la montée et la descente, il n'y a pas de panier pour mettre d'autres objets que les vinyles donc j'ai racheté un autre modèle avec panier, pour finir la vis où l'on met les vinyles pour être un peu plus longue pour mettre plus de vinyles, sinon c'est une machine à ultrason qui fait bien son job pour un prix plutôt attractif

This was my first attempt at cleaning records using ultrasonic technology. I always used discwasher with an anti-static brush. Pricing had dropped last year to around $200 and I started getting interested. I had always heard great things about this technology and I own approximately 2000 records. When Vevor offered one that had great reviews for closer to $100, I decided to jump. I watched some of the videos while waiting for it to arrive and picked up distilled water and some ultrasonic cleaner that was rated well for cleaning records. I found it was very solid and easy to assemble. The records do turn too quickly so I asked VEVOR their advice about purchasing one of their voltage regulators that I could use to lower the turning to about 1 - 3 turns per minute. They the model I asked about and I picked one up for about $65. (This model is available directly from Vevor or Home Depot for the same price. Get the version with a digital display for a few dollars more.) I set the voltage to between 45 - 50 to achieve the right speed. I set the temperature to 35 degrees celsius and the time to 15 minutes on the digital display on the side of the bath and loaded about 4 vinyl records at a time with two spacers between each disc and one on each end. This gives plenty of space between each record for the bath to do its job. I added 1 gallon of distilled water and three capfuls of the cleaning liquid and started the bath. (I will reduce the amount of cleaner in future baths.) I cleaned four records: an old Ventures album with some clicks in key places. A Cranberries album that had background noise throughout the album and two Canned Heat albums that I picked up at a garage sale and were pretty dirty. After cleaning, I let dry in the supplied rack for an hour and then tried listening to the Cranberries on my stereo system. I was amazed that the background noise was gone! It sounded like new. The very last track had noise in the second half of the song. I conclude that the water level was not high enough and the bath has to be filled enough to immerse the record completely to the runout of the record. You will need to add slightly more than 1 gallon of distilled water to get the level to the runout grooves. I will try washing that again. The other records that had noise also were much cleaner. Both Canned Heat albums were like new. The Ventures album had some clicks but those were from visible scratches. I have tested some others and found the same result. An effective tool at a great price.

Really great product for the price…Not a fancy $1200 unit but a solid, affordable ultrasonic Record cleaner. Better choice than the hand-brush cleaners that cost almost as much. They do an okay job but this is works much better. My son loves this and is happy with the improvement of many of his used vinyl's. He has cleaned some vinyl's where the surface noise, clicks and pops made them pretty much unlistenable. Most of them sound really quite good now with hardly any surface noise and much less clicks & pops. Even some new vinyl's that he has purchased that may have had some debris from the cutting of the vinyl and they sound better after running them through the unit. For the price, if you have a good sized collection I think this unit would be a good buy for you. It will help you keep spinning even the older vinyl's for many more decades.

Have cleaned over 100 records, results are amazing. Easy to use, a bit loud but bearable(Cat does NOT like it). Things to note, I replaced the power supply with one that allows reducing the voltage thus reducing the vinyl rotation. I have tried the G2 liquid cleaner but the Isopropyl Alcohol mixture does an excellent job. 11 caps + 4 drops of Dawn liquid blue detergent per gallon.

What an effective way to thoroughly clean my record collection! The process of cleaning with the Vevor Ultrasonic Cleaner is unique. But the results clearly speak for themselves. First, I was shocked to see globs of junk pooling in the bottom of the well. This device had managed to remove gunk that had been hiding in the grooves of my records for years! Second, the sound improved noticeably... Thank you, Vevor!
