Bought the 30L/600W/600W/silver/black-panel/EU (KSTH-30A) for 211€, barely received it and found out by chance "VEVOR Electric Appliance Overseas Store" sell it at Aliexpress for about 153€!!! Haven't used it yet but it seems to have survived the shipping!? (Hope to come back for a functional review later.)

I received the product damaged, case bent and electronic part visible from outside. The carton box looks not visible damaged, assuming that product was put inside in such condition by vendor. This is not acceptable and I requested VEVOR to replace it or to send money back.

J'ai acheté plusieurs ultrasons en 2 ans, à chaque fois des défauts, la cuve inoxydable se détériore à l'intérieur (je mets que de l'eau et du liquide vaisselle) ce qui crée une fuite et ce matin défaut électrique sur le dernier que j'avais acheté ce qui a fait sauter le disjoncteur heureusement. Le SAV de VEVOR est efficace mais j'en suis au 4e qui a lâché... J'abandonne et au final le risque peut être important.

Très déçu première utilisation le bac ne fonctionne pas ! Le service m’a envoyé une carte mère mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas et finalement on me préposé de garder le bac et ils me donnent la somme de 20€ ! Je suis absolument déçu !

Ça fait deux fois que vous livrez des matériels endommagés... Que comptez vous faire ? Ça a du tomber, en tous cas elle fait un bruit anormal en fonctionnement... Et aussi le compteur arrive à la fin et elle continue à fonctionner, c'est dangereux... Moj je veux un remboursement. I purchased this unit and it worked very well, and i was very happy ... until today when i came out to find 20+ L or cleaner all over my bench and floor. Seems the drain pipe was installed with some gasket the at the cleaning solution completely destroyed (was using Pine cleaner and water). So now the unit is completely flooded inside and chances are the electronics will no longer function. I have bought many things from VEVOR and happy with all, but this now brings in quality control into question. looks like i got 3 months worth of sporadic use out of it for my $250.00. Not happy at all

The ultrasonic cleaner was damaged from shipping because it was dropped on its edge. Vevor would not replace the damaged one and I had to go back and forth for a week trying to get a replacement. This is the first time I had to deal with an issue with Vevor and it was a horrible customer service experience. They went back and forth emailing that they need more picture, and then a video, and then they would give me $30, then $60, as reimbursement and doubling it every email. All I wanted was a new undamaged ultrasonic cleaner which is what I paid for. After a week of fighting they finally reimbursed me. I would give 0 stars if I could...

Acquistato ma non funziona ho chiesto il cambio mi hanno fare 6 prove e ancora oggi dopo mesi non ho ricevuto nulla vorrò mettergli in conto le prestazione del mio tempo per smontare e fare prove su prove deluso dal post vendita .

Package arrived severely damaged. Beyond use. Was offered $10 off by vevor initially, which I refused, it went back and forth with about 20 emails as I wasn’t accepting a discount, either replacement or a full refund. They finally offered the full refund but could take a few days so I called Visa as a back up to ensure a stop payment would be done if the credit didn’t come through, it did come through. Unit is now in a landfill
