We love these machines. We have a number of restaurants and this is the fourth Vevor Soft Serve Machine we have purchased. Every time one of our Stoelting machine breaks, we buy a new Vevor for less than the price it takes to repair the Stoeltings. Highly recommend!

Works great and our customers love it! Can't beat the price. Only issue has been that you really need to apply an ample amount of lube to parts when assembling so the liquid mix doesn't drip down into the internal components of the unit.

We absolutely love our new soft serve machine. It was a Christmas present and it’s perfect ! Other than it being really heavy and Fed Ex not wanting to bring it up the stairs it’s been absolutely perfect and so much fun. Watched a You Tube video to figure it out at first but it’s pretty self explanatory and not hard to figure out how to use it.

I bought this machine, because name brand commercial machines are insanely expensive for non commercial use. I have done about 400 servings with it so far and it works wonderfully. No problems, easy to use. My only complaint is that I had to wire in a 30 amp circuit to power this machine. It WILL NOT RUN ON 20 AMP SERVICE. If it had parts available and was repairable it would honestly be perfect. However, having read numerous reviews and watched tons of youtube videos, I did buy this machine with the expectation that it will someday break down and become a huge paperweight. However, you get what you pay for. For the time being, it works great and meets my needs perfectly. I did try to run it out in my garage for a block party in August, with outdoor temperatures in the 80's, the machine couldn't keep up and did fault out a few different times. But we also used it for halloween night and ran 200 cones through it with cooler temps and it performed flawlessly. In a climate controlled environment it doesn't have a problem keeping up with high demand.

This was the 2nd of many products we ordered for last summer's concession. We must admitt it took an adjustment to get used to the setting. We used both chocolate and vanilla powder mix. Our customers got a real kick out of the "swirl it" choice. I think it was a great investment. Now we are onto our this summers order. Can't wait!!! On another note, if I need them, where can I find parts??

Ice cream maker is excellent. Took a bit to figure out how to use at the beginning but overall I am very satisfied.

We had ordered a machine from Amazon died after four months. Got a partial refund from Amazon ordered directly from Vevor. . Got a different model. Much better love the keep fresh button much better to order directly from the company.
