Der Vakuumierer ist seit Anfang an Defekt. Der Fi Schalter wird ausgelöst sobald der Vakuumierer in Betrieb genommen wird. Wir werden seit einem knappen viertel Jahr hingehalten. Es wird uns 20 Euro als Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Was soll das. Austausch oder Rückerstattung was anderes kommt nicht in Frage. Wir haben Garantie auf das Gerät. Nichts funktioniert...

So I bought this machine and it didn’t seal 20 times before it quit working. If you contact vevor for service or replacement it takes two days for someone to respond, not respond and find a solution, just two days to respond to any message sent. Then they say they will look into it and to wait two more days Then they had me tear apart the machine like it’s my responsibility to fix their broken stuff. After their recommended fix didn’t work it’s been crickets. So I have sealed 20 times max and I have a giant paper weight. I had pretty low expectations going into it given the price, and they couldn’t even live up to low expectations. Save yourself the time trouble and money and buy any other brand but this one. I guarantee you will be disappointed 100 percent would not recommend this to anyone.

This machine works okay, but it produces a strong vapor that smells bad and actually burns my throat and gives me a headache. It is so bad the room needs to be vented and aired out. I say it is defective but customer service says it is normal. I'm very unsatisfied with the machine and the lack of help from customer service.

Package came damaged. Machine has dents down the side. Photos were sent in. If you pay this much for a brand new machine I don’t expect it to come damaged and customer services could care less.

Worked for 10 minutes then loudly beeps. Nothing in the Manuel to solve this and I have contacted support, they told me to turn it on and off…. So that’s helpful. They will not refund either, so I would not recommend this item It is a cheap option if it would work though

Purchased for a gift. Arrived damaged. Have provided all information as requested to Vevor customer service. Cannot get any answers yet. Been trying to resolve for 3 weeks now. Can't ring them as customer service number as advised on line is not in service. So, unable to review item as we haven't used it!

***EDIT after 11 months of use*** The sealing strip stopped working twice. The first time I was able to fix it myself with the spare parts. The second time it stopped working they were pretty responsive at first walking through the troubleshooting steps, then they just...stopped responding. The warranty runs out in a couple of weeks, guess they're just going to ghost me until then. Very unprofessional for such a large company. The lesson here is to request a replacement or refund right away at the first sign of trouble instead of trying to fix it. AVOID. ****** Works great and a fraction of the price of other brands. Switching to a chamber vacuum sealer will save me $1200 in bags every year compared to an external food saver style. It will pay for itself within a few months, I should have bought one years ago!

Vevor has not honored their warranty after shipping a part that did not work. It’s been over 5 days and no word on fixing this unit. Very poor customer care.

On the first day if use after only about 20 bags the pump went out. Took several days for customer service to answer my message bag on the vacuum pump failure. So about a week after sending videos of the vacuum sealer not working the tell me they'll send out a replacement. We'll about 10 days later still not vacuum sealerI message them the 2 days later they tell me they'll send me pump instead for me to replace myself on a new machine that I shouldn't have to work on. Then a week later they tell me that they couldn't ship the pump to the USA which honestly I think is a lie because they sell pumps on their website and they tell me the chamber vacuum sealer I have is out of stock ans won't be back in stock for 6 months. What a terrible customer service experience and a complete waist of time on a product. They did refund my money thankfully but I doubt I'll be buying anything else from Vevor
